HumorTrade Rules


1. All sites are screened prior to approval. Only Humor and Video related sites will be accepted.

2. All banners are screened prior to receiving impressions or clicks. Banners must be high quality and acceptable.

3. The following types of sites or banners are NOT allowed and will not be approved to participate in the network: Sites or banners containing pornographic material, sites with links to pornographic sites, sites encouraging illegal activities or racism, sites providing instructions or discussions on performing illegal activities, sites engaged in libelous or harassing activities, sites that are regarded as inappropriate. We reserve the right to refuse any site or banner.

4. You agree to post the HumorTrade HTML code only on site you signed up with. The HTML code may not be modified.

5. The banner placements on your site should be visible on a 1024x728 screen resolution without the need to scroll in any direction.

6. Do not cheat! Anti-cheat protection is enabled and we can tell if you are clicking the banner that is displayed on your site. You will not earn credits for clicking on your own banner, but your account may be terminated!

7. Inactive Accounts may become terminated and forfeit all credits.

8. Purchased credits are not refundable.

9. Earned Credits may be forfeited if you violate the TERMS OF USE.

10. We reserve the right to terminate your account for any reason.

11. These rules may be modified at any time.
